The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is the first device to run Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), and features a 4.65 inch Super AMOLED HD curved glass display with a resolution of 1280×720 in a device less than 9mm thick with a hyperskin soft touch grip coating on the backing.The Galaxy Nexus is powered by a 1.2GHZ dual core processor with 1GB of RAM.

- The built-in digital camera includes auto-focus, excellent low light performance, and single-motion panoramic picture capturing. Added to this the zero shutter-lag feature will let you take your picture the precise moment you press the capture button.
- Ice Cream Sandwich brings an entire interface redesign to the Android smartphone world. The lock screen, widgets, notifications and multi-tasking has all been improved further upon Android Honeycomb, bringing more of the tablet experience to your smartphone, with some added extras.
