Warranty and Return infomation

DOA/ELF Return Instructions:

If you have developed a fault with the item within the ELF/DOA period, please email us to request a RMA number before you send any item back.

Return Procedure:

1. All eligible DOA/ELF returns have to be returned with RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
2. Please login to your account.
3. Go to "View My Order History "under "My Account Info".
4. Click on the item/s you wish to return.
5. Click on "[Need to return this product?]" icon.
6. Select the reason of the return, you shall include the detail faulty description in the comment box.
7. Submit your request.
8. A RMA number will be issued to your registered email address once your application summit.

Warranty and DOA/ELF Return Terms & Condition

• Any Physical Damage and Fluid ingression are not covered under warranty.
• Please backed up all data before you return the item because all data would be lost during the process.
• MobileCiti reserves the right to await ELF approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage.
• Defective items have to be returned within 14 days from date of issue of the RMA number, otherwise a new RMA number is needed to be request.
• A $25 service fee will apply if item sent back is found not faulty. Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/ repaired and will incur a minimum $35 inspection fee.
• All shipping cost incurred when sending products for return are at customer's expense.
• Please insure all accessories are all included with the package with the phone when you return.
• Proof of purchase must be attached with the returned item.
• For cancellation of orders or incorrect purchases, items have to be returned within 3 working days after issue of RMA number or otherwise return will be rejected.
• Fail to fulfil with Terms and conditions and the return requirement check list will be automatically rejected.
