What is network branding?

Network branding refers to the software on the phone. A phone may be branded with a network carrier’s software. This means that the phone comes pre-installed with network applications (for paying bills, or checking data usage etc). The phone may also, during bootup, display the carrier's logo. Performance will be identical to unbranded models of this phone. Most network branded phones are unlocked, but please check the product page, as some phones have limited frequency band support. What is Australian stock, why is it important?

Australian stock means that the phone has been designated for the Australian market, and that you will receive manufacturer warranty in Australia. The phone will also have passed stringent regulatory testing and received a regulatory compliance mark like the A-Tick and RCM logos. All new mobile phones sold by Mobileciti are Australian stock.

Do you provide tax invoices?

We provide a tax invoice with every sale. This is sent to you via email as a PDF attached to your shipment notification. Please ensure that your name and address are correct (the same as your passport) for both shipping and billing as we cannot change it once it has been generated. If you are having trouble downloading this file or cannot locate it, please let us know via online@mobileciti.com.au and we will be happy to send you another one.

Do you provide price matches?

We will do our best to match the price of any Australian competitor. If you would like to do so, please send us a email via online@mobileciti.com.au with a link to our competitors site. Please ensure that the product is in stock and is Australian stock from an Australian seller.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped you will receive a shipment and tracking email that also includes your invoice. The tracking number here can be used to check the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via online@mobileciti.com.au
