- Same day dispatch orders before 4PM AEST or next business day

Cancel order or change delivery address
We understand you may want to cancel your order or change delivery address.
- If your order has not been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will aim to process your request. Please note we are unable to guarantee an order cancellation or change of address.
- If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order or amend your delivery address. However, you may choose to return the item under our change of mind return policy. For further details, please refer to our returns page. You may be able to redirect the parcel within your Australia Post account, associated with your order email.
Coupon code does not apply
Coupon codes are limited to 1 per transaction. If the coupon code cannot be applied to your order, please ensure:
- You have not applied any other coupon codes
- You have not used the same coupon code before
- You are adding an eligible product
- You have met the minimum spend (if applicable)
- The coupon is not expired

Order was cancelled
While we do our best to ensure everything works out smoothly, occasionally things may not work out. Your order may be cancelled for the following reasons:
- Out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product listing error
- Coupon code or promotion error
- High risk or fraudulent
- Payment declined or not received (for bank transfer)
GST refund
As a registered Australian business, you can claim your GST when you travel overseas via the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS).
To be eligible, you must:
- spend at least AUD 300, (including Goods and Services Tax (GST), in total from a supplier with the same Australian Business Number (ABN)
- buy the goods within 60 days of departure

- 3D Secure will be applied as an additional security measure for fraud-protection. This is a tool which requests an internet banking PIN before processing each transaction. Click & Collect - Order online and pick it up in-store
Step 1: Choose Your Products Online
- Choose your products, click "Add to Cart" and complete the checkout process. Ensure you have selected Pickup in Store as your shipping method.
Step 2: Online Order Confirmation
- Once you complete step 1, you will receive an email to confirm your order.
- When your order becomes available to pick up, you will get an email or phone notification.
- If it is urgent, please call us on (02) 9893 8886 or send us an email at online@mobileciti.com.au. In most cases, we can arrange same day pickup.
Step 3: Pick Up Your Order In-Store
- Bring a copy of your order confirmation email (print-out and digital versions are both acceptable), as well as an Australian Photo ID. (e.g. Driver's License).
- Let our front desk staff know you are looking to pick up an order, and we'll take care of the rest.

- Can someone pick up my order on my behalf?

Browse our selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Make sure to choose the "Pickup in Store" option for shipping.
Step 2: Confirm Your Online Order
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email confirming your order. When your items are ready for pickup, you'll receive an SMS. For urgent requests, call us at (02) 9893 8886 or email online@mobileciti.com.au. We can often arrange same-day pickup.
Step 3: Pick Up Your Order In-Store
Bring your order confirmation email (either printed or digital) and a Photo ID (e.g driver's license, passport). Inform our front desk staff that you're here to pick up an order, and we'll handle the rest.

Can someone pick up my order on my behalf?

30 Day - Change of Mind Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every product we sell at Mobileciti. That is why if you change your mind regarding your purchase within the first 30 days of receiving it, let us know and we can organise a return with a refund or exchange, minus any postage costs. For products that had free postage, this will be $10.80.
- The product must be returned in a brand new, unused condition with the full original packaging.
- If the product's packaging has been opened or damaged, we may decline the return completely or we may charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the product cost or $20.00, whichever is greater.
- You are responsible for return postage. Please ensure the product is well packaged. For peace of mind with high-value products, we recommend Registered Post with tracking and insurance coverage, as we may not be able to assist you if the product goes missing in transit.
30 Day - Defective Product Policy
If your product has developed a fault within the first 30 days, we offer an expedited exchange process. To help us process your exchange faster please ensure:
- The product does not have physical or liquid damage.
- The product has its original packaging and accessories.
- Contact us within 30 days of your purchase and provide your purchase details, a description and photos of the issues you are experiencing.
Dead on Arrival/Damaged in Transit
- If your product is damaged in transit or is dead on arrival, please take a photo of the damage or issue with the product, and contact us immediately (same day).
Manufacturer Warranty

This return policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Exclusions

Change of mind returns
At Mobileciti, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30 day change of mind return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange, minus any postage costs. For orders with free shipping that include small, single items under 1kg, a $10.80 charge will be deducted from the total refund amount. For all other orders with free shipping, postage costs will be calculated based on the actual dimensions and weight and deducted from the total refund amount.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
- Products must be returned unused and in brand-new, original condition with their original packaging. If the packaging has been opened, a partial refund of 80% will be issued for products valued over $100, while products under $100 will receive a refund minus $20. The item must be returned in its original sales packaging. Returns of damaged or non-original condition items may be rejected or subject to further deductions from the refund.

- You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using Registered Post with tracking and insurance for valuable items, as we cannot assist with items lost in transit.
Faulty or defective returns

- Start your return within 1 day of receiving your order with your purchase details, description of the issue and photos of the damage or wrong product received.
- We will cover any return postage costs.
Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty Information
All new products sold by Mobileciti comes with manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults, excluding any misuse of the product (Physical or liquid damage etc). Please refer to the following table for your manufacturer.
We can also assist you with any warranty inquiries. If you have any questions relating to warranty, please email us via online@mobileciti.com.au with your order number and product details.
Warranty
All products sold by Mobileciti comes with a minimum 12 month warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults and defects, excluding any misuse of the product. Please refer to the list below for full list of exclusions.
Sometimes, it may be easier to contact the manufacturer to assist with troubleshooting. Please refer to the following table for your convenience.

Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to any damaged caused in the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by nature or acts of God, for example, lightning strikes, cyclones and the like.
- Negligent or incorrect use of the product.
- Commercial use of the product.
- Unauthorised modifications to any part of the product.
- Damage caused by use with non-manufacturer approved products.
- Damage caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, liquid, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.
- Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the manufacturer’s instructions or with improper voltage or power supply.
- Damage caused by servicing of the product (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not authorised by the manufacturer to perform such services
- Damage caused by natural wear and tear.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
