Job Offerings

Online Store Coordinator (Parramatta) 1 x Full-time($35k+)

Responsibilities will include:

The successful candidate for this entry level role will provide a high level of customer service to all external and internal customers who visit and/or contact the online store. This includes:

  • Customer service (Phone & Email)
  • Responding to customer email/phone enquires in a professional manner
  • Processing any customer returns and exchanges
  • Stock control & ordering
  • Management of all product & shopping cart content
  • Liaising with Australia Post and Fastway
  • Picking, Processing and Packing orders when required
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Assisting the Online Manager with daily admin duties
  • Assist in the selection, management & maintenance of marketing materials

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer service role
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess a flexible, positive, productive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficient in Photoshop, HTML, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience in web based programs including Magento & eParcel by Australia Post
  • Ability to multi-task under fast paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • All onsite training

Retail Store - Sales Assistant (Parramatta) 1 x Full-time($35k+), 1 x Part-time

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a retail sales role with great customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, positive and proactive 
  • A fast learner, coachable and seeking to develop your skills 
  • Thorough and efficient, and operate well under pressure
  • Ability to understand and explain mobile phone products
  • Speak Fluent English, Chinese(Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Flexibility to work weekends
