As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve in Australia, we would like you to know that the safety of our customers and staff are the top priority, and would like to share with you some important information about the measures we have put in place to minimise the risk of exposure to local communities. Physical Store Reopen for Click and Collect Orders
Update 18/05: Considering the greater amount of control, easing restrictions, and the feedback we have received, Mobileciti's physical store has reopened for Click and Collect pickups from 18/05. Please ensure that you get your ID ready before pickup, and practice responsible physical distancing while in-store, to make the process as easy and safe as possible.
Online Store & Free Shipping
Our online store remains open, so we encourage customers to take advantage of our website for purchases, and we will dispatch all orders as quick as we can. We are also providing free shipping on all orders sitewide with no minimum spend, please apply coupon code FREESHIP-032020 at checkout. If you have any questions about ordering online and any other queries, please email email@example.com and we will commit to responding to all queries within 24 hours.
Dispatch & Delivery
Our warehouse team are trying our best to dispatch all orders on time, and currently most parcels are on track to be delivered on time, however there may delays to some areas due to the current situation. If you require something urgently, to avoid delays, please prepare an alternative solution in the case the parcel has not been delivered on time.

Staff Safety Measures & Working From Home
Our employees have all received guidelines and we have implemented extra safety protocols. These include sanitary measures such as washing hands properly regularly, and self-isolating if they feel unwell. For online, most of our customer service team is now working from home, and only minimum staff is kept in-store and warehouse dispatch team. If you have any non-urgent queries please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will continue to commit to responding to all queries within 24 hours.
Display units, dummy units and display tables will also be wiped down regularly to ensure hygiene.
