At Mobileciti, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We believe that our returns and refunds policy is both honest and straightforward. It's designed to give you complete confidence in purchasing through Mobileciti Online Store.

Change of mind / 30 days return policy

  1. The buyer must contact the seller and return the item within 30 days.
  2. The item must be returned in a brand new unused condition with full sales packaging. We reserve our right to charge a restocking fee of 20% or $20.00, whichever is highest.
  3. If the product packaging has been opened then it would no longer be considered to be in a brand new condition. We reserve our right to refuse a return or refund on any item found to be in a un-resalable condition and/or with missing parts or packaging.
  4. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We will not be liable for any lost or damaged items during the return transit. The buyer will decide whether to use a registered post with insurance covering the item’s value.
Standard manufacturer’s warranty apply should the return not been made within 30 days of receiving the item.

Defective product

If the product you purchased has developed a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to offer you an exchange upon your request provided that:

  1. The product does not have physical or liquid damage.
  2. The product is still in the full sales packaging and is in its original condition.
  3. Email us within 30 days of your purchase and provide your purchase details.

Dead on arrival or damaged in transit

  1. Dead On Arrival (inoperable) - Please contact our customer service within one business day of receiving the item so we can arrange for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement. All of the contents and accessories should be returned to us in its original packaging.
  2. Damaged In Transit - Please contact our customer service immediately (same day) upon receiving the item to return it for a replacement, providing full package details and including photos of the damaged item. We will investigate and respond to you as soon as possible.
