Click & Collect - Order online and pick it up in store
Choose Your Products Online
- Choose your mobile phone or other products and click "Add to Cart" Complete the steps in the checkout process. Ensure you have selected Pickup in Store as your shipping method.
Online Order Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation for your order to confirm that your order has been placed. When your order is available to pickup you will get an email or phone notification. If it is urgent please call us on (02) 9893 8886 or send us an email at email@example.com, in most case we can arrange same day pickup.
Pick Up Your Order In Store
- Bring a copy of your order confirmation email (on phone is fine), as well as an Australian Photo ID. (Driver's License etc). Let our friendly staff know you are looking to pick up an order, and we'll take care of the rest.
- Can someone pick up on my behalf?
No, unfortunately the person picking up the order must have an ID that matches the order.
- How long do I have to pick up my order?
If you have not paid for your order we recommend that you pick it up within five days of it being available. If you are not able to pick up in that time, please let us know, we might be able hold it a little longer for you. If you have already paid, you can pick it up at your convenience.
- I've changed my mind, and don't want it anymore
No problems, simply contact us and we can cancel the order for you. Please have your order number handy to assist us.
- I can't come to pick it up, but I still want it, can I change to shipping?
