Yes, VIP Rewards is completely free to all Mobileciti account holders.

How can I view my current points?

Sign into your account and navigate to 'My Account' at the top right of the page. Then, go to 'My Reward Points' located on the left hand side of the menu. Or access the link here while you are signed in. 

You can also check your points from your cart under 'Use Reward Points'.

How can I redeem my points?

Simply head to your cart and locate the 'Use Reward Points' section where you can enter the number of points you would like to redeem.

Terms and Conditions

By participating in the VIP Rewards program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: To participate in the Mobileciti Rewards program, you must be a legal resident of Australia and at least 18 years of age.

2. Earning Points: You can earn points on every purchase you make at Mobileciti. For every $1 you spend, you'll earn 1 point. Points are not earned on shipping charges.

3. Redeeming Points: You can redeem your points for discounts on future purchases at Mobileciti. 100 points can be redeemed for every $1 in discounts. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Expiration of Points: Points will expire one year from the date they are earned.

5. Changes to the Program: Mobileciti reserves the right to make changes to the VIP Rewards program at any time, including the number of points earned per purchase and the redemption value of points.

6. Termination of the Program: Mobileciti reserves the right to terminate the VIP Rewards program at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability: Mobileciti is not responsible for lost or stolen points, or for any unauthorised use of the VIP Rewards program.
